Every two weeks, you will get a sight behind our scenes and learn more about the people, who make our company to what it is. Today we introduce you our Motorcar Mechanic Robin Seibt:
1. What is your favorite classic car-memory?
"My favorite classic car-memory took place just a short time ago: Last year, my mother got married and I surprised her with a classic car as wedding car on that day. I picked her up at home with a white Mercedes-Benz 280 SEL 4.5l V8 (W 108). When I arrived, she already had tears in her eyes and was very happy about this surprise. We then drove to the registry office and from there to the wedding location. Of course, the classic car could not be missing on the wedding pictures. :-)"
2. Where does your love for classic automobiles come from?
"My love for cars started very early: As a child, for example, I once had the chance to drive as a passenger in a Lamborghini and I was immediately impressed. When I got the drivers licence at the age of 18, I became even more interested in vehicles, read and learned a lot about cars. I quickly also was interested in classic cars and then I applied as a motorcar mechanic and started my training in a classic car-workshop. In the meantime, my love for classic automobiles has developed so much that I recently bought one myself: a BMW E30 325i, which I particularly enjoy driving in summer and also visited some classic car meetings with it, such as in the MOTORWORLD Region Stuttgart in Böblingen."
3. How would you configure your dream-classic car?
